The GAC Awards jury has granted the 2024 Art Collecting Award to the Banco Sabadell Art Collection. The jury praised “the Collection’s continued and unwavering support for art, artists and galleries”, in addition to its creation of “a high-quality contemporary art collection that reflects the status of artistic creation in recent decades from a historical, thematic and evolutionary perspective”.

The award, organised by the association Galeries d’Art de Catalunya (GAC), was given out on 28 May at the 17th Nit del Galerisme event that took place at MACBA to celebrate art galleries.
