Two works from the Banco Sabadell Art Collection Rostolls i boires by Joaquim Vancells and Paisatge de Montroig by Olga Sacharoff are featured in the exhibition ‘Contrapastoral. Arte y Pagesia‘ (Counterpastoral. Art and Peasantry) at Morera – Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Lleida.

The exhibition, which can be visited from 12 March to 31 May 2026, explores the complexities of rural life through visual depictions of Catalonia’s countryside from the late nineteenth century to the present day.
