Jordi Teixidor, at Sala Alcalá 31 in Madrid

The artwork Variaciones de dos formas que se desplazan y Díptico rosa (meaning “Variations of two moving forms” and “Rose diptych”) form part of the exhibition “Jordi Teixidor. No-res”, organised by Madrid’s Sala Alcalá 31 – an anthology with over fifty artworks dating from the 60s to the present day.

The exhibition invites visitors to examine the different periods of Teixidor’s extensive career. The title, “No-res”, alludes to the concept of nothingness: from total absence comes the possibility of a presence, according to the artist. For that reason, more than an anthology, the works on display are an invitation to pause for introspection, through this encounter with the works and deepest thoughts of Teixidor.

The exhibition is open to visitors from 19 February to 19 April.
